If you want to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility. Straightforward and easy with uncomplicated
movements. In these classes, jumping is avoided.
You are fairly fit and like somewhat tough exercises, but with gentle movements. Higher tempo and some
jumps.
A Pulse session concentrates on the cardiovascular part of the session. You are quite fit, you like high tempo
and you get inspired by challenging co-ordination in the cardiovascular sections.
Our toughest intensity, thorough exercises which put your muscles and cardiovascular system to the test.
Very effective training for fit people.
Station training combines a normal medium session with effective strength training with tools, at different
"stations". The duration of the session is one hour and 15 minutes with a long strength part in the middle of
around 25-30 minutes.
This workout focuses on exercises which strengthen your abdominals and back, and stretches out your body.
Dance fuego is inspired by Latin rhythms, music and dance impression. The session is playful and has no
advanced choreography, just chill out and let loose sense, attitude and character.
Show and shake loose with steps(easy choreography) and dance styles.
This is a mix of styles, such as disco, funk, jazz, latin, rock, swing, and you can pick up on it directly. No
advanced choreography, just imitate, let go and have fun with a lot of emotion, attitude and character. It's
playful, free and no need for exact accuracy. If you like show you are guaranteed to enjoy the dance session.
Fit or not, everyone can join in and make this session to his/her own. Just like on the dance floor.
Flex aims to come out with the body in a large, optimal, flexible range of motion with control, balance and
stability – it is an active and dynamic movement training. The experience is a clear training experience (not
rest, not relaxation). The character is best described as sporty, athletic, flow, energy, focus and presence.
Intervall Flex is the ultimate combined workout for fitness, strength and dynamic flexibility.
After the warm-up challenge your condition and strength for 25 minutes with intensive and varied interval
exercises, switching constantly between strength and cardio-fitness training. Next comes a 20 minute set of
functional flexibility exercises with a dynamic and focused flow; muscles worked out during the interval
session will stretch, relax and gain mobility. Challenging and fun session for well-trained people.
With classical and safe yoga exercises (asanas) for breathing, flexibility, strength and balance you will obtain
a physically calm and meditative yoga. An experience where you will feel presence, increased awareness and
tranquillity. An accessible session with no performance requirements. You do not need any previous yoga
experience.
Spin focuses on cardiovascular exercise. It's all about the experience in the body, the heart, the breathing and
everything that goes with it. We work with intervals and distances. The leadership is personal, instructive and
guiding. Together with the music we create a team spirit that makes the work out inspiring, efficient and
exciting!
Work out with poles.
Nordic walking is simple, easy, and more varied than you might think. You exercise fitness and stamina, you
kick off your body's burning/metabolism and you breath fresh air and get nature experiences for the senses.
“Active” walking also trains muscles, especially posture muscles.
Joining a group with a knowledgeable and inspirational leader has many advantages. You receive a well
thought out approach to training, a lot of social interaction and useful tips on techniques and exercises.
Nordic walking exists on start, basic and medium level. Starting level is intended for seniors, people who
haven’t trained before or who prefer to walk in a calmer pace. You receive information about technology and
training.
This session challenges your fitness, technique, speed and running strength.
In the Quality Session we mix exercises where we challenge fitness, technique, speed and running strength.
We strive for great variation in speed and load. The different fitness parts are divided up and followed by
recovery.
Varied outdoor training with running and strength training.
In Cross we blend strength stations with running. It is a session with a lot of training experience and speed.
Between the stations, there are running parts for 3-5 minutes at a pace of around 6-6.30 min/km. Cross is
simple, effective and varied. Everyone has the possibility to work him/herself out based on one’s own level.
Running (/NW) with an even pace.
In the distance session, we strive to maintain an even pace for a specified time or distance. Our aim is that
you experience a nice flow in your running (/NW).

How to become a member
Make a bank transfer for the correct amount (see membership fees above) to the Friskis&Svettis account, 310-1567511-77 (you may also want to use
our international banking coordinates: IBAN: BE 80 3101 5675 1177 and BIC: BBRUBEBB). In the “communications” field, please indicate clearly “FS
MEMBERSHIP”, your full name, address (only addresses in Belgium allowed!) and date of birth. In case of renewal, put your membership number as
well. You will receive your membership card by post.
The membership card entitles the bearer free access to an unlimited number of Friskis&Svettis sessions at any location during the period paid for
(commencing on reception of payment in Friskis&Svettis bank account). A membership card for 5 or 10 months is valid until the date indicated on the
card. Our sessions in the summer are for FREE!
Note: full members are entitled access to all Friskis&Svettis sessions, including outdoor sessions.
